All our products are made in a facility that handles all 14 allergens, including but not limited to eggs, gluten, milk, soya, tree nuts, and peanuts. While we take stringent measures to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of other allergens. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please read the ingredients carefully before ordering.
All cookies are Halal-friendly (except Berry Trail).
SHIPPING
We currently ship to all UK Mainland addresses. All orders will be shipped out via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
If you would like to select a specific delivery date, please refer to our instructions using the "Need help?" button at the bottom right corner of your screen. Please notify us ASAP after placing your order; otherwise, we may not be able to accommodate your request for a different delivery date.
COOKIE CARE
Our cookies are made fresh and aren’t packed with preservatives. That said, each cookie is heat sealed for maximum shelf life, meaning they will remain fresh for 5 days.
If you don’t think you’ll consume them within 5 days, we recommend sticking them in the freezer as soon as you receive them, after which you can enjoy them for up to 1 month!
